Food truck catering is $15 per person with a 50-guest minimum (so events start at $750). That includes your choice of 5 dishes from our full menu, on-site cooking, setup, service staff, and cleanup. Our catering form shows you your estimated total instantly, and we reach out quickly to confirm your date.
What areas does the Mr. Birria taco truck serve?
Our food truck caters events across San Diego County, including Santee, San Diego, El Cajon, La Mesa, Lakeside, and Spring Valley. If your venue is elsewhere in the county, ask — we can usually make it work.
Is the Mr. Birria food truck licensed and insured?
Yes. Mr. Birria holds a San Diego County health permit and carries general liability insurance, and we can provide certificates of insurance for venues that require them.
How many guests can the food truck serve?
We cater events from 50 guests up to several hundred. Food is cooked fresh on-site and served made-to-order, so every guest gets tacos hot off the plancha.
How far in advance should I book the taco truck?
We recommend booking 3–4 weeks ahead for weekend events, and 2+ months ahead for peak dates like graduation season and December. Short notice? Call (619) 328-0058 — we'll tell you honestly if we can cover it.
